Your checkout identifies the product, promotional term, quantity, market and total price you are purchasing from Grispar. The current Google AI Pro offer provides the promotional term stated in your order and also includes permanent Grispar Member status. There is no recurring Grispar membership fee.

Google AI Pro is a third-party product. Grispar supplies redemption access for the promotional term shown at checkout. Redemption is completed on Google’s own service and remains subject to Google’s country availability, product and acceptable-use rules. Google controls its product features, limits and availability, which may change independently of Grispar.

The current 18-month Google AI Pro offer does not require you to add payment information to Google during activation. Your one-time payment is made to Grispar at checkout. If the terms of a future offer differ, Grispar will show that information before purchase.

Grispar checkout shows the currency, one-time amount, valid discounts and total due. Country pricing is based on the market assigned to the order. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; manual transfers are confirmed only after Grispar verifies the receipt. An order is not paid until payment is confirmed.

Activate on the Google account you want to keep using. Grispar never needs your Google password, OTP, authenticator code or recovery code. If Google shows an activation error, stop the process and contact Grispar support with the error message so we can help.

Grispar may assign redemption access immediately or place a paid order in a fulfilment queue while fresh activation inventory is added. Grispar does not silently substitute a different product or shorter term. If we cannot fulfil the product and full promotional term confirmed in your order, the Refund Policy applies.

After redemption, you should verify the active plan, 5 TB storage and promotional term inside your Google account. If the Google account does not show the expected Google AI Pro plan, contact Grispar promptly and do not mark the activation as successful until the issue is resolved.

At activation, you must verify that Google displays the promotional term stated in your Grispar order. Google AI Pro is operated and controlled by Google. After successful activation, Grispar cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability for every day of the promotional term where access is changed, suspended or ended for reasons outside Grispar’s reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grispar is not responsible for early suspension or termination caused by Google’s services or policies, regional availability changes, actions or changes made to the customer’s Google account, violations of Google’s terms, or other circumstances outside Grispar’s reasonable control.

This limitation does not apply where early termination results from defective or invalid activation access supplied by Grispar. It also does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or any remedy expressly provided by the Grispar Refund Policy.

Grispar Member status is separate from the time-limited Google promotional benefit. Where included, Grispar Wallet Credit is non-cash account credit for eligible Grispar-owned products and services. It is not transferable, withdrawable or redeemable for cash unless Grispar explicitly states otherwise.

Refund and replacement eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. If activation access supplied by Grispar is defective or becomes unusable for a reason attributable to Grispar or its inventory source, Grispar may first provide a working replacement for the same product and term or refund the affected order when replacement is not reasonably available.

Grispar is independent from Google and is not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google, Google AI Pro, Gemini, Google One and related names and trademarks belong to Google LLC or their respective owners. Redemption and subscription management take place with Google and are governed by Google’s applicable terms in addition to these Grispar terms.

Do not misuse activation links, submit false payment evidence or interfere with Grispar systems. Grispar may pause fulfilment while suspected fraud, payment disputes, duplicate redemptions or account-security concerns are reviewed.

Contact support@grispar.com from the email used for your order and include your order number when available. Never send Google passwords, OTPs, recovery codes or full card details.
