We collect the contact and profile details you provide, the country assigned to your visit or order, order and payment-status records, activation status, support messages, consent choices and the preferences you choose to add. We do not ask for or store your Google password, OTP or recovery codes.

We use information to price and process your order, prevent fraud, create and secure your membership, prepare and support benefit activation, maintain your Grispar Wallet, answer support requests, comply with legal obligations and improve the reliability and usability of Grispar.

Payment details are handled by the payment option shown at checkout; Grispar does not store full card numbers. We share only the information needed with providers that support payments, hosting, database operations, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention and customer support. Those providers process data under their own security and privacy obligations.

Grispar may use essential browser storage to keep checkout state, protect sessions and remember preferences. We may also record campaign attribution and product events to understand which pages and journeys work. Marketing technologies are used according to the consent choices made available to you.

We send essential messages about orders, payment, activation, account security and support. Marketing communication is separate and is sent only where permitted and according to your consent. You can withdraw marketing consent without affecting operational messages.

We keep data only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, membership records, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data and may update optional profile preferences. Some order, payment and security records may need to be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
