Refund policy
Refund handling is deliberately simple and is stated before you pay.
Before benefits are issued
If your membership has not yet had any benefit issued or activated, contact support to request a refund of the joining fee.
After a benefit is issued
Once a promotional benefit has been issued or activated to you, it cannot be recovered, so the joining fee is no longer refundable.
If we cannot fulfil an order
If an order cannot be fulfilled at the term it was sold at, we refund it in full rather than substituting a shorter term.
